With a much-needed break from filming Jersey Shore (after shooting back-to-back Seasons 4 and Season 5 in Florence and then Seaside Heights), Vinny has really been using his time wisely. As an aspiring actor, his latest public service announcement helps him stay visible in the ‘biz, while also spreading the word on a cause close to his heart: bullying.

Just as Pretty Little Liars star Shay Mitchell supported the new documentary Bully via Twitter the other day, Vinny is using his celebrity status to promote the film as well. In the clip below, watch as our beloved guido lists some shocking statistics about how many kids are bullied at school per year (13 million), and what parents can do to educate their kids about the awful effects bullying can have on kids.

We applaud our Vin for keepin’ it classy.
