Jersey Shore's JWOWW doesn't stay so fit by doing nothing. Fortunately the super-skinny guidette is more than happy to share her lifestyle tips and tricks at her website. Lucky us!

JWOWW's latest post is a very timely collection of very smart tips to help keep the Holiday pounds away.

On top of the obvious advice like kicking your workouts into high gear to help compensate and watching your portions, she has a couple of lesser known tricks.

For example, she notes you should watch your alcohol intake — holiday drinks can be a killer. She suggests only having one drink a night, and filling up on water after that. Good idea!

She also points out that bringing your own, healthy dish to the meal is always a good idea, because then you know what you're eating. And our favorite tip of all is not to starve yourself before the big family dinner. A healthy snack earlier in the day will keep you from pigging out on unhealthy treats just because you're hungry.
