We know JWOWW loves to kick ass at the gym and keep herself in shape, and her latest workout program has yielded big results! She recently Instagrammed this pic of her in a sports bra and underwear, showing off her crazy arm muscles and amazingly fit body.
“2 weeks into my new workout program...10 to go!” she wrote as a caption. “Can’t wait to share my results! #lifting.” Damn — go, JWOWW! If this is what she looks like after only two weeks, we can’t imagine how fit she’ll look after ten more!
Aside from working out, JWOWW is on a strict plan called The Paleo Diet (or the Caveman diet), which means only fruits, veggies, nuts, meats and seafoods. In addition to carbs and gluten, she stays away from dairy, though occasionally she’ll treat herself with sugar-free candy or gluten-free snacks.
Honestly, we think JWOWW looks perfect and could probably make her diet and fitness plan less strict, but if she’s happy, we’re happy!
