If you’re like us, you’re a fan of both 16 and Pregnant and Jersey Shore. You’re probably also a fan of JWOWW and Mackenzie Douthit, two reality stars who love flashing their flat tummies on TV and Twitter.

For two girls with pretty perfect bodies, JWOWW and Mackenzie sure know how to make it look effortless. In the photo of Mackenzie above (right), the new mom shows off her rock hard stomach while dancing for her friends. JWOWW (left) is just doing what she does best, showing off her, ahem, gifts on the beach.
