Everyone knows Mike (The Situation) is an instigator on Jersey Shore and it's earned him the nickname "The Snitchuation" among his housemates this season. Word is, animosity followed Mike all the way to the reunion show that taped in L.A. earlier this month. Apparently, the cast was still giving him the cold shoulder.

Mike finally opened up about his moniker in an interview with Ryan Seacrest, saying, "If people want to portray me as the villain. I can play a good villain." Duh. As for pitting Sammi and Ronnie against one another and then sitting back and watching the drama unfold? Mike says, he was just trying to watch his own back.

"I’m going to protect myself, even though we are all friends at the end of the day, but when you're living together everyone will take shots at you," he says.

Come on, Mike. The Dark Days are over. Angelina is gone, and the show is much more entertaining when outside forces cause drama in the house rather than when cast mates stir up drama amongst each other. Because, at the end of the day, we love that the macaroni rascals are a fun-loving, prank-pulling fambly. We'd much rather watch another cheese bed incident go down than listen to Sammi and Ronnie brawl for the tenth episode in a row.
