Poor Snooki and JWOWW. Despite Jersey Shore's popularity, some parts of the Garden State want nothing to do with the guidettes' spinoff, Snooki & JWOWW. Indeed, some notable towns have refused the show permits to film.

So, where have they been turned down? Here's the full list of rejections that made the media.

Point Pleasant Beach. The Point Pleasant Beach Council unanimously voted against allowing the show to film there for Season 2 of the show. This is a little weird since Jersey Shore films there quite a bit: Point Pleasant is where Jenk’s is located.

Toms River: This town, which is near Point Pleasant Beach, said thanks, but no thanks.

Hoboken: The show initially wanted to film Season 1 in the square-mile city, but they were denied permits to film in any public area.

Morristown? While there's no indication that the show was outright banned from this historic location, Season 2 was initially in talks to film there, but the production company has since moved on. Did the town try to put too many restrictions in the way, or did the show just decide to go in a different direction?

Certain Jersey City bars: Although Jersey City ended up allowing the show to film the first season there, certain bars made it very clear that they would not allow the cameras to enter. Some went as far as to hang anti-Snooki signs. Harsh!
