It's no secret that the artist Pauly has secretly been dying to collab with is Britney Spears, and it looks like he's finally getting the chance to later this month. If you've been watching his Twitter, you may have seen him oh-so-casually referring to an upcoming gig as "the game-changer," and, as it turns out, that gig is an event with Britney Spears.

Brit's playing a FREE concert event at Rain, one of the nightclubs at the Palms Resort and Casino. It turns out the tix are so reasonably priced because producers are trying to cast a studio audience for an MTV Britney Spears Concert Special. And who's going to be behind the turntables at the Palms on Friday night but our own DJ Pauly D?

The special is scheduled to air on MTV in April, but if you're holding your breath for Pauly to join Brit's 2011 summer tour, you may want to exhale now. A source close to the Jersey Shore star revealed of the collab, "It's just one night in Vegas this Friday at Rain in the Palms Hotel." Are you mentally prepared to fistpump to "Baby One More Time" (or some timelier Britney single...)?
