Lately Snooki has been obsessed with working out and staying fit and healthy, revealing that she usually works out seven days a week on a recent interview on The Dr. Oz Show. Her motivation? To be a fit mom and a fiancée! Her hard work has definitely paid off, as she’s shed 42 pounds post-pregnancy and is looking better than ever.

From big ropes to boot camp, Snooki does it all, though we don’t hear too much about what her husband-to-be Jionni does at the gym. However, that all changed this weekend, as they revealed he’s joining in on one of her crazy workout routines!

The couple revealed their “insane” new workout in recent tweets. Snooki tweeted, “I love bonding with @JLaValle while doing insanity,” to which Jionni replied: I'm doing insanity everyday!” Go Snooki and Jionni!

The Insanity workout truly is insane — a 60-day fitness training regimen that combines strength and cardio in order to get a totally toned body.
