Seaside Heights prosecutors handling Snooki's disorderly conduct case have added a charge we didn't know existed: "annoying people".

Fox News reports that the Jersey Shore guidette was a no-show in court today, but her attorney pled not guilty to the charges, which also include disorderly conduct and creating a public nuisance.

Snooki's lawyer is going to have a tough time proving his client is not annoying. Perhaps he'll bring in Angelina as an independent expert?

The trial of the century will be on Sept. 8th. Snooks faces around $500 in fines.
