When Jersey Shore became a hit, Snooki was propelled to stardom, a small town guidette turned into a pop culture icon practically overnight. She’s made the most of her fame and success, using her platform to create and sell of her signature products, from her big fuzzy slippers to dark tanning lotion. For years, she’s been a regular on talk shows and TV appearances, and even snagged her own spin-off, Snooki & JWOWW.

But with fame and recognition comes an inevitable slew of haters. Snooki is no stranger to haters and critics, and she’s been giving them the brush-off since she before she became famous. Her Twitter bio even boasts the line: “Ignorance & Bullies don’t phase this bitch.”

We’ve always admired her ability to sweep the negativity under the rug. Even though Snooks sometimes responds to her haters, she never launches into over-the-top Twitter wars. Instead, she fights them with confidence and kindness.

When one “fan” recently tweeted, “Just know I f—king hate you. You're worthless and don't deserve to be famous,” Snooki gave a cool and simple response: “I feel so powerful knowing I piss u off.”

And whenever her haters come at her with insults, she quickly spins them into compliments. “You had to get lipo,” sneered one hater, to which Snooki proudly declared, “Or I busted my ass in the gym for 4 months straight because I'm that awesome.” After checking up on her latest pics, one fan tweeted Snooki that her outfit wasn’t pretty today. She simply replied, “It’s actually fabulous.” Nice!
