Yesterday, Snooki's ex, Emilio Masella said some pretty nasty things about the Jersey Shore star. And by that, we mean he hoped she has a miscarriage if she really is pregnant. Yeah, we know, really nice guy. Now, Snooki is fighting back — with a lawyer.
According to TMZ, Snooki's layers actually sent Emilio a cease and desist letter over a month ago, when the pregnancy rumors first started. At the time, Emilio claimed he could be Snooki's baby daddy, even though the pair had been broken up for ages.
Snooki, unamused by the implication the she cheated on her then-boyfriend (and now rumored fiance), Jionni LaValle, had her lawyers send this notice to Emilio: "Demand is hereby made that you cease and desist from making any additional public statements regarding Ms. Polizzi that could in any way be taken to be offensive by her."
Saying someone should have a miscarriage pretty clearly falls under the category of "things that are offensive," and according TMZ's sources, Snooki's lawyers are now reviewing their options before responding.
