We all wanted to know the secret to Snooki’s success after she announced that she’d lost a staggering 42 pounds, but Snooks said the answer was rather simple: diet and exercise, with a good dose of commitment. She used her son, Lorenzo, as an inspiration to become a fit and healthy mom, and all of her hard work has definitely paid off.
While we know that Snooki works hard at the gym, some fans wonder what exactly she does. Snooks does a lot of cardio, as she loves intense boot camp workouts, combined with strength training and some pretty unique moves.
Recently Snooki Instagrammed a pic of her at the gym “doing workkkkkk,” dressed in sweats and sneakers while working two huge ropes like a pro! Her crazy ropes workout is designed to get her heart pumping and her arms in shape, and while it definitely doesn’t look easy, as Snooki is so little compared to those big ropes, we’re proud of her for kicking butt!
