It’s amazing how far Snooki’s come in her quest to be as in shape as possible, and we’re super proud of her for achieving her dream body, even though we think she’s beautiful no matter what. But how does she do it? She’s admitted to working out seven days a week on average, as well as cutting back on alcohol and unhealthy foods to stay slim.
Recently Snooks shared some details of her diet and exercise routine, including this yummy, low-fat meal she recently Instagrammed. “Devouring my lunch today from @expresshomefit !!!,” she wrote as a caption. “Turkey meatballs, rice & veggies!! Perfect meal after my leg workout.” Looks delicious, Snooks!
Snooki also shared some fitness tips on her Celebuzz blog in honor of her very own “Weight Loss Wednesdays!” The new video shows Snooki dressed in a pink-and-black workout outfit, with her trainer to demonstrate her latest exercise routine: plyometrics!
Her trainer explains that plyometrics is a core exercise routine that stimulates all the muscles in the body, used to spike our heart rate. Snooki deftly showed off the moves, and we were really impressed to watch her in action.
