When reports emerged that Abercrombie was willing to pay The Situation to stop wearing their brand and disgracing their proud moose with all his GTL, some were calling it a publicity stunt. That scenario seems even more likely as The Sitch admits he never received an offer! The Situation is tired of the games, so he's had his lawyer draw up a cease and desist letter mandating the company stop selling their Jersey Shore inspired T-shirts  (one reads GTL while another says The Fitchuation), as well as insisting on a check for all the profits they received from sales of the shirts, saying their slogans were trademark infringements against his company MPS Entertainment.
