Whether they’re ready or not, the kids from the Jersey Shore are now being thrust back into the real world after six consecutive seasons of filming the show, and while some of the castmates have a game plan, we gotta wonder what little Vinny will do next.

Speaking to the New York Times, Vinny said he just doesn’t want the show to end. “We were regular people a couple of years ago … I don’t want it to stop.” Evidently, he even thought the show’s executives were “bluffing” when the subject of concluding it came up.

Vinny has apparently enjoyed his place “in the A-list crowd” and wants to stand his ground. His big dream going forward from the show is “to be on a scripted TV show, a series, maybe get a pilot — not as the main character, just a role on the show.”

Of course, Vinny is actually one of the only castmates to have a solid gig lined up next year. MTV announced that The Show With Vinny would premiere in 2013, featuring Vinny interviewing famous guests at his mother’s house in Staten Island.

We will definitely be watching!
