The Situation is living the life, isn’t he? Right after two weeks in rehab, he went and got himself a couple of new branding opportunities, including a new online show, and now he’s dating a California girl. And she’s a model.

But we’d just gotten to know Paula so well! Apparently Paula doesn’t go with Mike’s new sober life, but Caitlin Wood seems to fit just fine. Here are a few things you need to know about The Situation’s new girl.

She was a Miss Malibu 2010 contestant. Hey, not everyone can win. But we’re sure it was an honor just to be a contestant. Caitlin’s other “credits” include attending a Verizon 4G launch party and modeling in Frederick’s of Hollywood’s Miami Swim Week.

She’s a Model Mayhem girl. We wonder if The Situation just casually browses through this modeling site when he’s in the mood, and then hits on his choices via Facebook or Twitter. In case you don’t recall, Paula was a presence on the same site.

No nudie pics, thank you very much. Caitlin would like the world to know that she will not pose nude, so stop asking her already. She states, “Please do not ask me to do nude work or send you nude photos to be used to consider for a casting. if you like the way I look in a bikini you don't need to see me nude! :)” We think this is good advice for everyone when it comes to strange men asking you for naked pics on the internet. We’re glad Caitlin’s on top of it.

She’s busy, so she’ll only be considering paid jobs from now on. She alerts everyone reading her profile, “Just wanted to let you guys know I am very busy for the rest of the month till about Mid May, so I will not be shooting or working very often. If it is paid then I can consider it. Just wanted to let you know.”  Sad as we are to hear that Caitlin was getting by on unpaid modeling gigs, we guess we’re happy that she doesn’t have time for that anymore. Could it be because she’s got a new man?

She’s from Chino, where Ryan was from on The OC! We really hope this means she’s a tough chick with a chip on her shoulder who can’t help punching every single person she sees. Okay, not really, but that would make for good TV.
