Hurricane Sandy’s having her way with the upper eastern seaboard today, but the Jersey Shore crib is still standing strong … for now, at least!

According to NJ.com, the House of Smush and T-Shirt Time in Seaside Heights,NJ has so far remained unscathed by the gale force winds and heavy surf today, thanks in part to the fact that the owner put up a few window boards to protect the place.

The house’s reportedly even still sporting the Italian flag-colored painting job of its famous former tenants! There is currently no one living in the house, but the house is available for rent if you are looking to spend a night in the Smush Room (after the hurricane, of course).

The rest of Seaside hasn’t been faring as well as the Shore House. There are reports of high tide and fierce surf damaging the famed Seaside boardwalk.

It’s no surprise the house is muscling through the torrential storm. With all that went down throughout the series, it’s probably been through its fair share of disasters!
