The name Sammi Sweetheart didn't come out of thin air — back in the Jersey Shore Season 1 days (left), Sammi often looked innocent and wholesome, and also carried a little baby weight.

Between Season 1 and 2, the guidette sweetheart hit the gym and came back looking slimmer, sexier, and more fit than ever (take that, Ron!)
