It's Coco of Ice Loves Coco! The reality TV star wore this revealing costume at a Halloween celebration at M2 Ultra Lounge in NYC back in 2009. We're not sure what she's trying to be with black fishnets, a black leather corset, and a red eye mask, but hey, she somehow pulls it off.
