It's Jersey Shore's Sammi Sweetheart!

Sammi is still quite athletic, and she still loves soccer. She even started a line of fitness clothing that's fun and flirty because, as she told us, she works out and plays soccer all the time, but she still wants to feel cute.

This photo comes courtesy of one of Sammi's high school classmates, who posted it on Twitter, much to Sammi's amusement. It's from their 2006 yearbook.
