It's JWOWW's fiance Roger Mathews! Ronnie posted this photo on Twitter yesterday (October 4), writing, "Get in my belly!!! @RogerMathewsNJ lmfao." The cast was together at a Season 6 premiere party in NYC last night, so we're assuming all of this cupcake-eating went down at the party. Yum!
