It's JWOWW's fiancé, Roger Mathews. The reality TV star tweeted "Nothing like jet skiing to your house to shut off the main breaker and gas. Yep. That's my house." What a crazy scene. Toms River, NJ, where Rog and JWOWW live, has been experiencing some devastating flooding. JWOWW (who is in LA right now) already tweeted that their fountain was destroyed by the wind. Stay safe, Roger!
