Sammi Sweetheart Parties It Up For Her 26th Birthday! (PHOTOS)

Sammi Sweetheart may not look it, but she turned 26 years old on Thursday, March 14, 2013. While her plans weren’t as wild as last year’s Las Vegas bash — in fact, she spent her actual birthday having dinner with her family — she still had fun in the city over the weekend, staying in a swanky hotel and party rockin’ with her boyfriend Ronnie and plenty of their friends.
