Bachelorette Jillian Harris: How She Keeps Her Bootylicious Bikini Bod
It’s so cute, she put a bow on it! Bachelorette Jillian Harris recently bared her bum on her Instagram, proving what following the 80/20 diet rule can do.
What new diet fad is this, you ask? Jillian explains on her website with the help of dietitian and 80/20 creator Patricia Chuey: “If you can truly say you eat well at least 80% of the time, you’ll be well on your way [to getting healthy].” The “philosophy” focuses on balancing out the good with the bad, not unlike your standard season of The Bachelorette.
Jillian, who took center stage on The Bachelorette Season 5, returned to her native Canada after she and Bachelorette winner Ed Swiderski split. Girlfriend didn’t stay out of the spotlight for long though. The Kelowna cutie and professional designer now hosts Vancouver’s Love It or List It.
Appearing on TV changed how she views her personal upkeep, Jillian exclusively told Wetpaint Entertainment. She’s a huge fan of microdermabrasion to keep her skin radiant for the cameras, and in 2012 she quietly had surgery to repair a childhood injury.
“I actually did get a nose job ... but I never really talked about it,” she told us earlier this year. “It was just one of those things where it wasn’t anybody’s business.”
We always thought Jillian looked great but her latest lifestyle regime sure is doing wonders! And boyfriend Justin Pasutto (he’s a professional snowboarder/wakeboarder, people) probably doesn’t mind much either. Keep up the good work, Jills!
