Joanna Krupa’s Wedding: Why Did the Real Housewife Wait Six Years to Marry?
Joanna Krupa married fiance Romain Zago in a beautiful ceremony in Carlsbad, California last week. The Real Housewives of Miami star has called Romain her “true love,” but why did the sexy model decide to wait six years before tying the knot with her beau?
Taking to Twitter post-wedding, Joanna shared with her followers why waiting was the right thing to do.
“Waiting 6 yrs to marry was well worth it! I am happier than ever plus could never afford this fairy tale wedding b4 if we did it years ago,” she tweeted.
Indeed, Joanna likely would have had a hard time scraping together the funds for her lavish summer wedding, which cost an estimated $1 million. The bride’s dress, a strapless with a detachable 6-foot train by Chagoury, cost $30,000 alone. Joanna Krupa even walked down an aisle specially built over the venue’s outdoor pool, which was surrounded by by candles for romantic flair.
Even the littlest details received the royal treatment for this extravagant occasion.
"Everything down to the napkins were custom made for it," a source told Us Weekly.
We’re sure those leftover supplies will come in handy someday. There are anniversary parties to be had, after all!
