Joe Mastropole won a $260,000 court judgment against Joe Giudice in 2011, but according to Joe M., Joe G. has yet to pay him a cent of that amount or the $420K real estate debt he still owes him. And so Joe M. tells Radar Online that he wants to see the Giudices spend a lot of time in the Gray Bar Hotel.
"A few years in jail is not enough," Joe M. tells Radar Online. "The time is not enough for the crime."
Joe M. not only wants the couple to face punishment but also wants to discourage others from following the Giudices' path. "People will be willing to do a few years in jail for $13 million," Joe M. reasons. He adds that the court "should make an example of these swindlers so other people don’t try to do the same thing."
These are harsh words, especially given that the Giudices have four young children.
Do you think Joe Giudice's former business partner has a point?
