RadarOnline reports that Joe Giudice was found liable of mortgage fraud back in 2007 after he forged Mastropole’s signature on a mortgage document. A judge then demanded that Juicy Joe pay his former partner $260,000 for the scam, but to no one’s surprise, Mastropole never saw any money from the troubled reality star.
“I never received a penny from them,” Mastropole tells the site, noting that he isn’t exactly shocked that Juicy never paid up.
Unfortunately, in light of the 39 charges against the Giudices, Joe Mastropole doesn’t expect to ever see his money — especially if Joe and/or Teresa is sent to prison for up to 50 years.
“I think his money is untraceable, so it will be hard for me to collect any debt,” he concludes.
