Joe and Teresa Giudice to Plead “Guilty” on Tuesday, March 4 — Report

UPDATE 3/4: Teresa and Joe did, indeed, plead guilty. Get the full story here.

This is serious, you guys.
Teresa Giudice and her husband, Joe Giudice, are due in Federal Court on Tuesday, March 4, 2014, and The Real Housewives of New Jersey couple reportedly has a new plan in place. According to ABC News, the Jersey duo is planning to plead guilty to some of the charges against them, even though previous reports claimed that Tre and Joe were most definitely pleading not guilty on all counts.

The article on ABC's website explains, "Sources tell ABC News that Teresa Giudice is expected to plead guilty to four charges, including at least one count of fraud. She is potentially facing two years in prison, but the final decision on that will be made by the judge at sentencing."

Teresa and Joe were charged with 41 counts of financial fraud and could face up to 50 years in prison. In comparison, two years behind bars would be a walk in the park, but with four daughters at home, any time spent away from them will be extremely difficult for both mama and her girls.

What's more, Joe could even end up being deported and, according to the report, this plea deal would not exclude him from that possibility.

"The plea deal will not keep Joe, who's not a US citizen but from Italy, from being deported. After conviction, US immigration officials get to decide if they want to proceed with sending him back to Italy," the article added.

We wish the Giudice family the best, and will keep you updated as more news comes in.
