Jon Gosselin to Sue Ex-Wife Kate For Full Custody of Their Sextuplets — Should He Win?
In this week's installment of Jon Gosselin vs. Kate Gosselin, the notorious reality stars are once again at odds — this time about which parent is more capable of caring for their 9-year-old sextuplets. And it seems like Jon means serious business, at least according to his recent interview with In Touch where he revealed his plans to sue his ex-wife for primary custody!
Jon claims that Kate violated their custody agreement when she took their 13-year-old twins, Mady and Cara, out of the state without giving him the option of watching the younger kids — an offense Jon believes warrants filing an emergency petition for contempt.
"The next step is to fight for custody,” he said. "It’s the only way I can protect the younger six."
Unfortunately, Jon has to wait to file until he can pay for an attorney (according to Celebrity Net Worth he's only got 10 grand in the bank), but when the custody battle does eventuallygo down, who will win?
That's the question Wetpaint asked Viggle users during last week's episode of Couples Therapy and a small majority (57 percent) said Jon deserves primary custody of the sextuplets. On the other hand, 42 percent of Viggle LIVE! users don't think he's stable enough to care for a gaggle of young kids — which is certainly understandable considering recent reports that he's living in a remote cabin and his only source of income comes from waiting tables.
Either way, we're in for a courtroom showdown of epic proportions — and we can only hope the cameras are rolling!
