Who Is Joseph Morgan Dating? 5 Things to Know About Persia White

It was only a matter of time until someone snapped up Joseph Morgan (Klaus). The dude is far too hot to be single. That someone is his equally gorgeous Vampire Diaries co-star Persia White. So who is this lucky lady? Here’s five things to know about her!

1. Bahama mama

On TVD, Persia plays Bonnie’s (Kat Graham) mom, and the actress has her own teenager at home. We bet all her friends just love visiting the house whenever Joseph’s around! Though she was born in the US, Persia spent several years of her childhood living in the Bahamas.

2. She and Joseph and fond of mixing business and pleasure.

They may not have had many scenes together on TVD, but that’s OK. Joseph cast Persia in his creepy short film Revelation. Not only that, according to IMDb, she has a role in his new film Dermaphoria!

3. Where you’ve seen her.

Before appearing as a witch-turned-vampire on TVD, Persia was perhaps best known for her role in Girlfriends. She played Lynn Searcy for nine seasons on the show. However, she’s no stranger to the vampire genre, having appeared in both Buffy the Vampire Slayer and Angel.

4. She has all the talents.

It seems like no one on The Vampire Diaries is content with being just an actor, and Persia is no exception. According to her website, she’s “an actress, musician, producer, and animal rights activist.” Busy lady! You can check out her album, Mecca, on iTunes.

5. Passionate activist

A vegan and board member of the Humane Society, Persia co-produced a documentary called Earthlings, which was narrated by Joaquin Phoenix. The film chronicles the way in which humans use and abuse animals. She’s also been involved with Animal Planet’s Whale Wars. We bet she and Ian Somerhalder (Damon Salvatore) have a lot to talk about!
