Josh Duggar Leaves Rehab & It’s a “Happy Time” For Family
A new chapter has begun for Josh Duggar.
The former 19 Kids and Counting star, who has been plagued with scandals the past year, has officially left rehab and returned home to his family.
“If nothing else, this is a happy time for their kids,” a source tells People.
The 28-year-old — who recently celebrated his birthday in the faith-based treatment center — left Rockford, Illinois for his home in Springdale, Arkansas.
Josh has been secluded in rehab since August, ever since his confession of cheating on wife Anna Duggar and having a porn addiction.
This, of course, followed the revelation that he’d molested several female minors (including some of his sisters) in 2006.
The end of Josh’s rehab stint comes just after his family opened up about not having faith in him anymore after all the drama he’s put them through, saying “the trust is not there.”
We have to point out that Josh’s release is a suspicious coincidence, happening just a few days before Counting On, TLC’s new show starring his siblings, premieres.
Perhaps this homecoming will be finale-worthy?
Counting On premieres Tuesday, March 15, at 9 p.m. ET on TLC.
