Josh Murray “Desperately” Trying to Get Amanda Stanton Back — Report

We just can’t keep up with Josh Murray’s love life.

First, there was his ugly, very public split from Amanda Stanton. Then, he was on Steve Harvey looking for dating tips, and now he wants his Bachelor in Paradise ex back?!

A lot of on-again-off-again drama followed when the couple first ended their Bachelor in Paradise 3 engagement in December, but recently it seemed like this relationship was completely finished.

However, according to a new report, Josh is still holding out hope for a reconciliation with his ex-fiancée!

“[He] is desperately trying to get back with her,” a source tells Us Weekly. “They've been talking again.”

However, the mag also spoke with another insider who maintains the Atlanta native isn’t as eager to rekindle as the first claims.

“It’s been a tough time for them both and they are figuring things out at the moment,” the second source shares.

The insider continues, “They have incredible chemistry when things are good so we'll see what happens.”

Seems like both agree something is still a-brewing between these former lovebirds, which might come as a surprise to those who saw the social media shade they traded a couple months back.

Still, we probably should have seen it coming. Just last week, the single mom admitted they’re both having a hard time moving on.

"When we were on the show, it felt like I had met the love of my life," the 27-year-old told Us at KIIS FM's 2017 Wango Tango on May 13.

“It's really hard, I think, to move on from that. I think we're both having a hard time moving on,” she concludes.

That doesn’t sound like the door is completely closed to us! It actually appears to be more of a matter of timing.

“[She] doesn't want him back right now,” the source reveals.

OK, not “right now,” but maybe in the future?
