Season 18 of the reality show is going to definitely be steamy with the series' first non-white bachelor, and thank goodness they got one with an accent this time. Seriously, it's swoon city over here.

That lucky lady is his daughter Camila who was born back in February 2009. He said that her birth was the reason he retired from soccer.

Back when he did play soccer, he started out in college, at Roberts Wesleyan College — where he is the third all-time assists leader. After several seasons playing in Primera División Venezolana with Caracas FC, Deportivo Italia, and Monagas Sport Club, he signed on for the Miami FC back in February 2008.
(4) U.S. Born, Venezuelan Bred
Juan Pablo was born in Ithaca, New York but moved to Barquisimeto, Venezuela when he was just 2. He came back to the U.S. for college.
(5) He Knows What His "Ideal Woman" is Like
Back on The Bachelorette, Juan Pablo was asked to describe his ideal woman, to which he responded, "One, she has to love my daughter. Second, she has to love adventure." BAM, are you in love yet?
