Juan Pablo Galavis has a lot to think about as he prepares for his season of The Bachelor to kick off so soon we can hardly stand it on January 5 and 6, 2014. His face will be all over the magazines. The girls he dismisses will gab to tabloids and websites (call us!) about how JPG made a terrible mistake. In the end, we’re hoping he ends up with a happily ever after. So, will he get married on TV, or what?
Season 17 Bachelor cuties Sean Lowe and Catherine Giudici are, of course, getting hitched on ABC on January 26, 2014, and the network is not only footing the entire bill for the affair, but also paying the couple six figures. The Bachelorette Season 9 loves Desiree Hartsock and Chris Siegfried will likely get married on TV as well, according to a Wetpaint source who says they’re already in talks.
So, will JPG make it three for three? Not so fast.
“Getting married on TV, I'm not sure,” the gorgeous Venezuela-raised 32-year-old said on a recent conference call.” You know, I don't know. It's something -- I'm from Venezuela and weddings in Venezuela are big, and music -- I don't know how this works.”
True, getting married on a network means that some of his wants might hit the cutting room floor, and we’d hate for him to compromise on his big day. But that doesn’t mean he’s ruled it all out. “I have no idea. So, I'm not even thinking about that,” he concludes.
While we want Juan Pablo to be happy, we have to admit we’d be pretty bummed to watch him fall in love with a lucky lady this season and then leave us hanging. You know, assuming he does fall in love.
Want to know who Juan Pablo picks? Whether he gets engaged? We’ve got you covered.
