Bachelor 2014 Spoilers: Juan Pablo Galavis Getting PAID to PROPOSE?! Report

So many spoilers ahead, it’s not even funny. Well, not in a “ha ha” way...

In a manner of speaking, all Bachelor stars get paid to propose, since there is definitely a paycheck associated with the rose-doling duties. But according to spoiler king Reality Steve, Juan Pablo Galavis might have a more direct “if you’d like it, you should put a ring on” Nikki Ferrell or Clare Crawley scenario, with “it” being money in this case.

You see, Juan Pablo is not going to propose to the winner in the Season 18 finale, as we previously reported. And why would he, since he can barely explain to Chris Harrison what “like” means, let alone form the word “love.” But the girl he chooses, Nikki Ferrell, according to Steve, does at least get a rose… and ABC isn’t satisfied with that.

In his February 26 blog, Reality Steve reports, “according to my sources, there is a monetary offer on the table for Juan Pablo to propose to Nikki on the ‘After the Final Rose’ show.”

Uh, excuse us while we have flashbacks to that time our parents paid our friends in chocolate chip cookies so they’d come over after school. This is insane, but considering it’s the first time since Season 11 that someone won’t propose in a finale, we get where they’re coming from, a little.

Will it happen? Who knows? Steve swears it’s true, and says that “depending on how desperately Juan Pablo needs money,” he may be “willing to sell out for the almighty dollar.” The special airs right after the season finale, live, and a proposal would certainly be something to see.

What do you think about this situation: should Juan Pablo have proposed in the finale in the first place? Should he propose at “After the Final Rose” even if he’s not into it? There’s a lot to think about, so don’t hold back!
