Justin Bieber might need a little more schooling… at least when it comes to being deposed!
The 20-year-old pop star was in the hot seat on March 6, 2014, answering questions regarding a lawsuit a photographer filed that alleges Justin had instructed a bodyguard to assault him.
TMZ has been releasing snippets from the 4 ½ hour interrogation, and one shows Justin answering the opposing lawyer's question a little too hastily.
"Do you have a prescription for Xanax?" the lawyer asks.
"No, sir," Justin says, matter-of-factly.
In case you forget, toxicology reports showed that the Believe singer had Xanax in his system at the time of his January 23 arrest.
As the deposition continues, Justin's attorney leans over to whisper in his ear: "You need to give me the chance to object, OK?"
Justin shrugs off the mistake, maintaining his aloof appearance.
Other clips from TMZ show off more of his 'tude — he appears arrogant, snippy, and sarcastic.
This particular legal drama is the result of a June 5 incident in Miami, during which photographer Jeffrey Binion claims to have been attacked by Justin's bodyguard at the singer's behest.
Only time will tell if Jeffrey's lawsuit will hold up, but this deposition footage surely won't help Justin's case in the court of public opinion!
