Remember a couple of weeks ago when Justin Bieber was spotted being carried up the Great Wall of China while pit stopped in the country on his world tour? Well, we finally have an answer as to why Justin needed a lift up the Wall: He was shooting a video!

Footage was just released of the Biebs on his trip to the famous historic site set to the catchy beat of his single “All That Matters.” In the three-minute, 22-second video, we get a tour of China including a closeup of a camel, scenic panoramic shots from the top of the Great Wall, and, of course, Justin dancing his heart out among throngs of tourists.

At minute 1:20, Justin pelvic thrusts in the general direction of an uncomfortable fellow visitor. At minute 1:36, the Biebs holds a pink-bonnetted baby (lucky baby). At minute 2:47, he hugs a much more enthusiastic female fan. Meanwhile, “All That Matters” plays in the background; sometimes Justin sings along, sometimes he doesn’t. The whole time he dances.

Keeping all that shimmying and shaking in mind, calling this an official music video seems a bit strong; it’s more a funny home video of Justin’s latest world travels. He goofs off like any 19-year-old would. This 19-year-old, however, just happens to be rich and famous enough to get whole portions of the Great Wall of China to himself.
