The entire world was shocked — or not — when Justin Bieber was arrested Thursday, January 24 for DUI and drag racing in Miami Beach. The singer even admitted to having smoked marijuana and drinking before putting the pedal to the metal, but now TMZ is reporting that Justin’s blood alcohol level was actually .014, not the .04 that law enforcement claimed. That’s a huge difference!

Yesterday’s official report suggested that the “Baby” singer registered a .04, or half of the legal intoxication level, which is .08. With TMZ reporting that Justin actually only blew a .014, the question of fudged reports by the cops is being brought to the forefront.

But hey, let’s remember that .08 is the legal intoxication level for someone who is of the drinking age (aka 21), which Justin is not. The legal level for him is actually a big ol’ goose egg. But if there is that much of a discrepancy in the reports, this could blow a huge hole in the case against the 19-year-old singer.

We’re not saying we support the Biebs, but we are anxious to get to the bottom of this case.
