Justin Bieber is apparently saying "baby, baby, baby, no" to a plea deal offer in his Miami Beach DUI case, meaning that the case will almost definitely go to trial.
In what could be another Trial of the Century, TMZ is reporting that Miami prosecutors have offered Justin a plea deal in the case, but Justin will not take it, as he doesn't want any plea involving probationary terms. Specifically, Justin wasn't feeling the part of the plea that meant he could be subjected to random drug testing for the next six to nine months. We had reported over the weekend that Justin was likely to pass on the plea.
Now, the two sides aren't able to move forward, so a trial is reportedly likely. Prosecutors are said to have no problem with trying the case, even though there are questions about how Justin's arrest was handled. Justin will be represented by Roy Black, the husband of Real Housewives of Miami star Lea Black and a famed attorney who has represented numerous celebs.
Justin could be tried for DUI, resisting arrest, and driving on an expired license. The worst possible punishment in that situation would be two-and-a-half years in jail.
Do you think the case will go to trial? And what do you think will be Justin's punishment?
