K. Michelle Addresses Tamar Braxton Beef: “I Grew Up on the Muppets” (VIDEO)

If the K. Michelle and Tamar Braxton beef wasn’t already heating up again, we’d say that this last dig from the Love & Hip Hop veteran definitely set the battle between the singers on fire.

As you may, or may not already know, things have been a’brewin’ online (again) between Kay-Kay and Tay-Tay. And when K. Michelle spoke with HipHollywood about the on-going feud with Tamar, the Memphis singer said, “It’s really not any beef. I grew up on the Muppets all my life.”

And just like that, K. Michelle single-handedly called Tamar “Miss Piggy.”

When the reporter asked Kay about Tamar’s jabs, she responded, “It’s just she pokes, but it’s fine. I understand if I was almost 50 and a young, hot girl like me came along, you know, I’d feel some type of way too.” Ouch!

At the end of the day, K. Michelle seems to take all of Tamar’s commentary in stride, and ultimately feels the two should just move along and do what they do best: sing.

“It is what it is,” she said. “We should all just sing and do what we do because we all have our fans.”

Back in December, K. Michelle tried to settle things between Tamar when she extended an olive branch after Tamar’s multi-award win at the 2013 Soul Train Awards. However, Tamar never publicly accepted K. Michelle’s truce and recently reignited what we thought was a fleeting feud.

What do you think of K. Michelle’s latest response to her tiff with Tamar Braxton? Sound off in the comments below!
