Kailyn Lowry Calls Out Baby Daddy For Merely Being “Present” in Son’s Life

We cannot figure out Teen Mom 2 star Kailyn Lowry's co-parenting relationship with Chris Lopez — is he involved in their son's life or what?!

Though it seemed as though the exes were figuring out an arrangement that worked for them in regards to baby Lux Russell, she now seems to be calling him out on Twitter for not being involved as he should be.

What gives, Kail?

Ever since Lux's August 5 birth, Chris, whom Kailyn met at Delaware State University, has been more involved than we (and she) expected, hanging around for the birth and seeing the baby as often as his schedule permits.

However, it seems like all that could've changed, as the mom of three is calling out her ex on Twitter for merely being "present" in their child's life.

"Simply being present doesn't mean you're a parent," the 25-year-old tweeted. "Don't @ me."

Though she doesn't specifically mention Chris by name in the tweet, it's clear she's referring to baby daddy no. 3, especially since, as one fan pointed out, it couldn't have been directed at Javi Marroquin, since he took both Isaac and Lincoln on a trip to Disneyworld last week.

Plus, Kail and Javi are working on a book series together, each telling their side of their divorce story. They're on good terms at least for the time being, so we highly doubt she'd mess that up by subtly tweeting about him, right?

As for Chris, the last we heard he and the Hustle & Heart author were "figuring out" how to co-parent.

“It’s just kind of hard,” the college grad told People last month.

“The dynamics are different between me and Chris, than with me and Javi [Marroquin] or me and Jo [Rivera]. It’s a different kind of co-parenting. Right now, Baby Lo is so new that we’re trying to figure out what works for us."

The silver lining here, though, is that Chris is "present" in the baby's life at all, something not a lot of kids' fathers can say for themselves.

Hey, it's better than nothing!
