Kailyn Lowry and Javi Marroquin Move to Delaware Without Permission From the Judge!
Recap of Teen Mom 2 Season 5, Episode 4 (February 11, 2014)
Don't you hate when your chintee'd baby daddy tries to keep you from buying a gorgeous home in Delaware? So does Teen Mom 2's Kailyn Lowry. This week on MTV's critically acclaimed docu-drama, Kailyn and her husband, Javi Marroquin, decided to go ahead with plans to buy their dream house — despite the fact that they didn't have the A-OK from the judge ruling over their custody case with Jo "Busta Rhyme" Rivera.
Drama, y'all! But before you throw internet-shade at Kailyn for circumventing the law, keep in mind that she hadn't been told that it was a breach of custody to move. At least not yet! Also keep in mind that Jo had moved to New Jersey without permission from a judge, so Kailyn's willingness to take a leap of faith makes a lot of sense.
The problem? Kailyn and Javi went ahead with the process to put a down payment on their dream home, which they'd end up having to sell if the judge ruled in Jo's favor. Even worse, if Kailyn was forced to stay in Pennsylvania, she'd have to live with Javi's parents while he lived in a hotel room in Delaware. Now do you understand why these lovebirds jumped the gun on their down payment?!
We have a sneaky feeling Kailyn and Javi were able to stay in Delaware with no problem (spoiler alert: they're still there today!), but that doesn't mean Jo won't try to stir up more problems for this happy family in the future.
In other news, Javi is literally the perfect man. Did you see the way he was rubbing Kailyn's back throughout this episode? We want him to be our husband.
