What Is Kailyn Lowry New Weight Loss Regime?

It's been almost seven months since Teen Mom 2's Kailyn Lowry gave birth to her adorable son back in November of 2013, and girlfriend looks amazing! This reality star has lost a ton of weight (especially considering that she gained 50 pounds during pregnancy), but apparently Kailyn still has a few post-baby pounds she wants to shed — and the time has come for her to get physical — Olivia Newton-John style!

Kailyn is a known proponent of "sizeless beauty," and believes that women of all shapes and sizes are gorgeous. That being said, she's made it clear that she wants to get in shape, and girlfriend has taken things up a notch with a lil' something something called Focus T25.

Basically, Kailyn spends 25 minutes a day on a grueling workout with crazy results. We know, right? 25 minutes ain't no thing, but Kailyn seems to think it's pretty tough! "Please tell me T25 gets better?!" she tweeted to her fans. "Day one wasn't great."

Luckily, Kailyn is used to intense workouts (she and her hubby, Javi Marroquin, also did the 60-day Insanity fitness regime) so we're sure she'll get used to her new grind.

We’re seriously impressed by Kailyn's dedication to maintaining a positive body image. This girl hasn't always had an easy time feeling good about herself, and even opened up to Wetpaint Entertainment about her struggles with bulimia.

"When I was in middle school, I had a really hard time being called the 'chunky girl,'" Kailyn said during an exclusive interview. "I would go on bouts where I wouldn't eat or try to make myself throw up."

Sounds like Kailyn has worked through a lot to feel 100 percent confident in her own skin. We're happy to hear she's trying to drop weight in such a natural and healthy way!
