Teen Mom 2's Season 5 premiere was a jaw-dropping hour of OMGs and WTFs, and fans were especially shocked to find out about the dramatic details of Kailyn Lowry and Jo Rivera's custody dispute. In case you need a refresher, Jo lawyered-up when Kailyn and her husband, Javi Marroquin, tried to move to Delaware with Isaac, which is slightly hypocritical considering that Jo had moved out of state himself two years prior!

Kailyn has received a lot of fan criticism for her decision to ditch Pennsylvania, so she's taken it to Twitter to clear things up. First up? Girlfriend did not take Isaac away from his dad.

"It's super annoying that everyone thinks I'm taking Isaac away from his father. If you know me, you know I would NEVER do that," she explained, adding, "My mom did that to me. Jo moved out of state 2 years ago & that's ok. But I want to move 2 hours away and I'm taking him away?"

Now that we've cleared that up, Kailyn also wants to remind fans that Jo sees Isaac just as often now as he did before Kailyn and Javi moved to Delaware.

"CUSTODY Would remain the same. Like you guys really don't see the bigger picture," she said, adding, "Stay in PA as a single mom & see Jo weekends OR go to DE with My husband and new baby with Isaac STILL seeing Jo weekends?!? Open your eyes people."

Sounds fair enough! Of course, Kailyn also reassured her skeptics that she would never move to an area where Jo couldn't see Isaac.

"Isaac will still see his dad wherever we go," she said. "If he can't see his dad at all, I wouldn't ever go. It's what's best for EVERYONE. Not just me."

It's completely understandable and reasonable for Kailyn to want to be with her husband, and it's hard to understand why Jo would pitch such a fit if his time with Isaac remained the same — especially considering that he also moved out of state! Hopefully, we'll learn more about his side of the story during the rest of Teen Mom 2's hotly-anticipated fifth season, but as of now we're Team Kail all the way!
