Kailyn Lowry graces the small screen with her presence every week on Teen Mom 2, and now she's taking over our bookshelves! That's right, everyone's favorite blonde bombshell/supermom is gearing up for the April release of her hotly-anticipated memoir, Pride Over Pity, and it promises to be a seriously amazing read.

Apparently, Pride Over Pity will touch on some pretty dark moments in Kailyn's life, including her brush with homelessness, her struggles with sexuality, as well as a few “traumatic sexual experiences that have left her deeply scarred.” Sounds like some pretty intense stuff, but surprisingly the newly-released cover of Kailyn's book is pretty cheerful and light-hearted!

The cover features Kailyn looking absolutely stunning in a tie-dye scarf (without braces, by the way!), and you better believe her full-sleeve of tattoos takes center stage. The cover isn't too fussy, and — unlike Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham's book jacket — doesn't feature her children. While some fans might be surprised that Kailyn's kids aren't sharing the cover of her book, it makes sense given that Kailyn's memoir focuses on a time in her life before Teen Mom 2 stardom. This book is all about Kail pre-motherhood, and we can't wait to learn more about her past!
