Think Kailyn Lowry's life couldn't get more intense? Well, think again. This girl was given quite a scare when the Dover Air Force Base (where her husband, Javi Marroquin, works) was put on lockdown after reports surfaced that there was a possible shooter on premises.
The base was on lockdown for about 3.5 hours on May 8 after an individual was seen running toward a building with a weapon. Security swept the area and didn't find anything, so thankfully the lockdown was lifted and no one was harmed.
That being said, Kailyn and Javi were separated during the lockdown and she took to Twitter to assure fans that she was safe. "I'm ok! As far as I know Javi is ok/safe!" she tweeted. "Thank you for keeping us in your thoughts!"
Kailyn and her man live near the Dover Air Force Base, so it's understandable that fans would be concerned for their safety given the lockdown status.
Meanwhile, Javi didn't tweet about the event, but he's clearly safe and sound given the number of happy-face emoticons he's used in the past day alone!
Thank goodness Kailyn and Javi (plus their kiddos, Lincoln and Isaac) were unaffected by this scary event. We can't even imagine how nervous Kail must have been!
