Kailyn Lowry is a maniac, maniac on the floor, and she's dancing like she's never danced before! Also, when we say "dancing," we mean working out at the gym. This Teen Mom 2 star is on a mission to drop her unwanted post-baby weight, and she's been pumping iron with Focus T25, a 25-minute exercise regime with amazingly fast results!

Kailyn gained a whopping 50 pounds during her second pregnancy, and while she's lost a pretty significant amount of weight (she looks amazing!), she wants to get back to her old self, and she's all about sharing her process with fans. Kailyn's been vocal about her belief that "beauty is sizeless," so it's hardly a surprise that she's been open about her super-healthy weight loss journey. In fact, she even took it to Twitter and posted a makeup-free selfie just moments after completing a workout in which she lost 331 calories in just 28 minutes!

"Something is better than nothing," she tweeted along with the pic. "Not bad for 28 mins."

Not bad at all! We love that Kailyn isn't too self-conscious to post a picture of herself all sweaty and disheveled from working out. This girl doesn't have anything to be ashamed of when it comes to her body, and her healthy attitude toward weight loss will doubtless inspire many of her fans –– especially those who are struggling with their own weight.
