Kailyn Lowry popped out her second child almost a year ago (oh hey, Baby Lincoln!) and she's been workin' on her fitness ever since.

This girl is determined to drop her unwanted baby weight in a healthy and natural way, and she's more than half way there! In case you aren't in the know, Kailyn's weight loss regimen is three-fold.

Not only is she breastfeeding (which burns up to 500 calories a day), she's practicing portion control, and she's working out with the help of her personal trainer, Mr. BFit.


We're not exactly sure how much weight Kailyn's dropped so far (she gained around 50 pounds while pregnant), but she's definitely made progress. Check out this recent picture of Kailyn and her husband, Javi Marroquin (plus their kids!), hot off the heels of a Mudderella run.

Kailyn's definitely looking good! In fact, she could probably quit dieting right now and be totally happy with her body — but we have a feeling she'll keep pushing herself until she's back at her pre-baby weight.

Either way, we're so proud of Kailyn for embracing her figure at every step of her fitness journey! Many women would wait to share transformation photos until they reached their end-goal, but this gal is promoting positive body image by documenting her fitness journey in an open and honest way.
