Kaley Cuoco Engaged to Ryan Sweeting (UPDATE: She Knows It’s Crazy!)

Update (9/30/13): Kaley Cuoco gave ETonline the details of now-fiancé Ryan Sweeting's proposal, which apparently started with a diversion. "He actually started a little fight with me and threw me off" she reveals. "I was like, 'Oh my God, things aren't great.' … He surprised me at the end of the night … he popped the ring out. It was amazing."

And the Big Bang Theory star seems to realize how much of a whirlwind the romance has been, explaining that they grew up with the same mutual friends but only recently met. "I know that it seems a little crazy on paper, but it's what works for us," she says.

Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting must think that they've hit the jackpot with each other: They're engaged after a 3-month courtship.

Kaley was recently spotted with a sparkling ring on her finger, setting off a flurry of rumors — but now her rep has confirmed the joyous news with Us Weekly, saying that Ryan popped the question yesterday, September 25.

People are bound to be surprised that the 27-year-old Big Bang Theory actress and the 26-year-old tennis star are taking their romance to the next level after only dating for a quarter of a year.

But as a source close to Kaley tells the magazine, she has no doubts about spending the rest of her life with Ryan.

"It's only been three months but she knows Ryan is the one," a source tells the magazine. "When you know, you know … [She's] never felt this way. She knows this is it. And the ring is gorgeous!"

Just four days ago, the couple were lovey-dovey on the Emmys red carpet — Ryan wearing a sleek and shiny suit, Kaley wearing a sheer maroon Vera Wang gown.

Kaley is currently filming Season 7 of the hit CBS sitcom. Prior to her relationship with Ryan, she had a brief fling with Man of Steel stud Henry Cavill.

Hey, if Kaley is happy, we're happy! We wish the loving couple all the best.
