As any mother of a newborn will tell you, finding just a few minutes for yourself each day is a tall order, and right now no one knows that struggle better than Kandi Burruss.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member and her husband, Todd Tucker, welcomed son Ace Wells Tucker on January 6. Thanks to Kandi’s business ventures and the constant stream of famous faces that have dropped by to see the baby, they haven’t had much time to themselves.

Need proof? The songstress attempted to get her hair done on January 27 but hungry Ace had something else in mind.

Apparently Kandi’s at-home hair appointment coincided with one of Ace’s meal times, so the 39-year-old had to get creative and breastfeed her son while someone else washed her locks.

“This #breastfeeding stuff is no joke,” she mused in the caption. “He doesn't care that I have a head full of shampoo. He wants to eat now! Lol! This pic might be a bit much to share on the gram but this is my reality right now. Save your negative comments...#KandiKoatedMilk.”

Even though Kandi’s session with her hairstylist was a bit more chaotic than usual, her tresses came out great.

Later on she and Todd went on their first date post-baby and looked wonderful and happy.

We’re guessing Mama Joyce was at home watching Ace!
